- Orders are prepared within 24 hours of the time the order is confirmed.
- Worldwide shipping is available. Further details on rates and delivery times are stated below.
- If you wish to change the delivery address once an order is confirmed, please contact us immediately via email on info@shopbriana.com. Changing the addressing may suppose a change in the shipping rate.
- As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a notification via email indicating the estimated time of delivery and tracking number.
- If for any reason there is a delay in the shipment you will be notified via email.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped outside of the United States of America and the European Union may be subject to additional fees, taxes and/or duties according to the destination country's regulations. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
EXCHANGES
- You may exchange an item for another of the same value or more within 14 days of receiving the order. In case you wish to exchange an item for another of an inferior price you will receive store credit for the difference in price, to be used in a future purchase.
- The products that will be exchanged must be returned in pristine condition and show no signs of being used. They must be returned in the original packaging they were received in. The responsibility of returning the items in good conditions falls on the customer. If the items are returned in poor conditions, the exchange will not be possible. B&L Jewelry reserves the right to determine whether a return/exchange is possible considering the circumstances.

- The cost of exchanging an item within the US or Spain is $7 which corresponds to the shipping of the new item and collecting the exchanged.
- Each piece is unique and carefully handmade, and may therefore carry small imperfections.
RETURNS
- If you wish to return an item please contact us at info@shopbriana.com. Refunds are only issued in the case of receiving a damaged product. In which case, we will bear the cost of returning the product.
- Unless the product you wish to return is damaged or defective, you will receive store credit for the value of the item you wish to return, to be used in future purchases.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns must be communicated within 72 hours of receiving the order. After this period we cannot accept returns.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
